Dot2Dot Group, a leader in the solid cardboard packaging industry, will move into the 7R Park Gdańsk II complex in Kowale, Poland, where it will locate its production line, warehouse, and office. AXI IMMO advised the tenant in the transaction.
In our new location at 7R Park Gdańsk II in Kowale, we will conduct a number of operations for the production of high-quality packaging for our Polish and European customers. Punching and stamping, folding and gluing, film laminating, offset printing, hot and cold stamping, and flexo printing are only a part of the activities that we will simultaneously carry out in the building. Cooperation with 7R, during an early stage of planning these new premises, allowed us to properly prepare the space for many of our needs, from production to the office, and will significantly improve the working environment.
Krzysztof Rosłaniec, President of Dot2Dot
7R Park Gdańsk II is a facility built in accordance with BREEAM system standards, which will ensure the use of ecological and energy-efficient solutions.
For Dot2Dot we are preparing a space especially adapted to the specific requirements of cardboard packaging production and printing machines. We have provided the infrastructure for container scales as well as compressed air and humidifiers to ensure the right conditions for the company’s operations. 5,000 sqm of the area will have a great deal of daylight, including 12.5% of the production facility. 7R Park Gdańsk II is a high-class industrial and logistics complex, which can also accommodate comfortable office space. We believe that this new address will work perfectly as Dot2Dot’s main command center.
Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing at 7R
7R Park Gdańsk II is a complex of three modern facilities that is under construction in Kowale, on Magnacka Street, adjacent to the Szadółki junction as well as the Tri-City Ring Road, and just a few kilometers from the A1 Motorway and the southern section of the S7 ring road. The advantage of the complex is its close proximity to the centers of Gdańsk and Gdynia, as well as Gdańsk international airport. The complex’s location within the limits of the agglomeration guarantees access to infrastructure and public transport, and makes it an attractive location for local residents employed in the complex as well.
Increased production capacity, a better standard of operating space and improved working environment are the main factors behind our client’s decision to choose 7R Gdańsk II. Dot2Dot’s new location choice in Tri-City was also dictated by the deadline for delivery of the space and the developer's flexibility and openness to negotiations. The warehouse park located in Kowale is also a comfortable location for the company's employees. The client should be able to take up the new production space by the end of this year.
