7R, a developer of high-quality warehouse spaces, has successfully concluded the third phase of its green bond issuance. Since the beginning of this year and the first issuance, we have obtained capital totaling approx. €77 million, marking an important milestone within the company's €100 million bond program.
"Our third issuance this year highlights the strong confidence investors have in our strategic vision and ability to achieve our objectives. The funds raised have enabled us to acquire and secure sites for projects totaling approximately 400,000 GLA in prime locations across Poland" - stated Tomasz Mika, CFO and Member of the Management Board at 7R.
These projects are designed to meet strict environmental criteria, including achieving BREEAM Excellent certifications or above and exceeding the local Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standards by at least 10 percent. 7R has already demonstrated its ability to deliver such ambitious sustainable projects with the successful development of 7R Green Saver product line. The eligible green projects funded by this issuance will contribute to the EU’s climate change mitigation goals and support the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The bonds were issued under the 7R Green Finance Framework, which aligns with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bond Principles and the Loan Market Association (LMA) Green Loan Principles. This ensures the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Michael / Ström Brokerage House is the sole organizer of the issuance under the program.
