The solutions developed for the park in Kąty Wrocławskie have met with great interest in the market. Many tenants are increasingly taking action in the spirit of sustainable development. They invest in green solutions, bearing in mind that the expenses incurred will pay off in significant savings on operating costs. From the point of view of investors, a product in such a specification - green, modern and at the same time based on the reduction of operating expenses - will be a more desirable product. We believe that the increased standard will be reflected in a correspondingly higher value of this property. We will replicate this innovative technological and business model in selected future developments.
