Orange moves to 7R

Orange, a leader in Poland's fixed-line, internet, and data transmission market, has leased over 2,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I.

- We are relocating to 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I to gain better access to key roads and infrastructure, while also enhancing the work environment for our office staff. The new location will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently - says Piotr Pieniążek, Director of Supply Chain Operations at Orange.

7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I consists of three buildings with a total area of 40,500 sqm, equipped with modern, eco-friendly technologies to ensure excellent storage conditions and a high work standard. This is validated by a BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level. The project features a 250 kWp photovoltaic installation, advanced thermal insulation, and LED lighting to supplement natural daylight. The park is conveniently located just 800 meters from the S6 route, 13 km from Gdańsk city center, 4 km from Lech Wałęsa Airport, and 25 km from the Port of Gdynia. It is also easily accessible for employees, with nearby PKM rapid rail and bus stops for convenient public transport.

"Our offering includes not only large production halls but also smaller units tailored to the needs of diverse tenants. Currently, we have one last available module of 5,700 sqm, which can be customized to tenant requirements," comments Marzena Taube, Leasing Director at 7R.
